On April 1, 2023, sixteen Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) children of the Sri Sathya Sai Center of Seattle Eastside, along with their SSE teachers and parents, visited the residents of Aegis Living Center of Redmond. The children presented the seniors with beautiful handmade cards, lovely roses, and several songs they had rehearsed. They also played games with the residents, read out aloud from storybooks, and colored pictures with the seniors.

“I loved how they answered patiently when I asked them questions about themselves. They were very kind and loving.”
“They lovingly presented me with the cards they had colored – precious mementos of this visit.”
“I learned patience because it was hard to teach a senior how to play Uno, but we persisted through the difficult parts and enjoyed the game together. “
