On March 7, 2026, about 15-20 Young Adults from Northern California participated in a bed-building and delivery project with “Sleep in Heavenly Peace,” a nonprofit organization that provides beds to children in need. Over 100 volunteers built 55 beds through an assembly-line process that included cutting, drilling, sanding, and quality checks. SSSIO volunteers contributed across multiple stations and supported post-event cleanup.
Volunteers also delivered beds to families, visiting three homes and installing beds for children while coordinating with families to ensure safe and respectful interactions. The project brought together volunteers from different organizations to support children and families in need.
