The SSIO of Kazakhstan held a 22nd bi-annual volunteer camp, from 9th to 12th April 2015, at a boarding school in Saran. The 47 volunteers, organised in teams, provided a variety of services to the community.
One team made major repairs to a career guidance office, including sanding, painting, whitewashing of ceilings, floors, and doors, and replacement of electrical equipment. Other teams conducted classes on Self-awareness and seminars for teachers and parents and distributed 35 care packages of essential supplies. Sathya Sai volunteers helped the school children entertain about 100 people in an enchanting and well-received concert, “The Tale of Tsarevich Sutosome.”
