A Self-Awareness Seminar, conducted by the Caucasus Department of the ESSE Institute (Zone 8 Campus), was held online from January 2025 to February 2026, with breaks for holidays. Dedicated to the 100th Birthday of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the seminar comprised eight sessions and was attended by 20 participants, including 12 teachers and 8 students from the Caucasus region of Russia and Azerbaijan. The sessions featured interactive mini-lectures, group discussions, bhajans, role-playing of parables, and team-building activities, fostering active participation.
Despite being conducted online, the seminar was marked by an atmosphere of love, unity, and peace, with participants expressing deep appreciation for the quality, inspiration, and spiritual depth of the sessions. The program stood as a testament to Swami’s guidance and grace.
