On Swami’s Birthday, members of the SSSIO, Thailand, celebrated with monks in the morning with prayers and bhajans. This was followed by evening bhajans, attended by around 50 people.
On November 24, 8 SSSIO members and two others visited the Sathya Sai School for a tree-planting event. The school community, including 94 students, 9 teachers, 8 parents, and 6 staff, joined in planting 183 fruit trees and 145 flower plants, completing the task within a couple of hours. Some participants chanted the Gayatri mantra during planting. Afterward, the SSSIO Education Coordinator Kamlesh Jagota spoke on Swami’s teachings about good company and the unity of thought, word, and deed. Everyone felt blessed to be part of this meaningful activity.
