The Sathya Sai Centre of Tokyo commemorated Easwaramma Day on 6th May 2018 with a delightful contribution from SSE children and a graduation ceremony for the senior class. More than 80 people, including parents, enjoyed a variety of presentations, including melodious hymns, devotional prayers and inspiring songs. The older children enacted human values skits, titled “Speak no evil, hear no evil, see no evil” and “Do not do only what you like to do; do what you need to do.” One mother shared a moving personal story of how she used story-telling, one of the SSE teaching techniques, to help her daughter successfully cope with peer pressure and stress in high school. Easwaramma Day is featured in the annual SSE calendar as a day of celebration and dedication to learning and practising goodness.
