The 6th of May is celebrated as Easwaramma Day every year, commemorating the anniversary of the passing of the saintly lady who was mother to the physical form of  Sathya Sai Baba. In Thailand, the SSIO celebrated Easwaramma Day on 19th May 2018. More than 70 people participated in a beautiful event wherein children from the local Sathya Sai School presented a Thai dance, followed by two more dances by SSEHV students. Director of the Institute of Sathya Sai Education (ISSE), Dr Art-ong Jumsai, spoke on the significance of Easwaramma Day. The chief guest, Deputy Chief of the Indian Embassy, Thailand, also addressed the group, emphasising the paramount role of the five human values. The evening concluded with a drama titled Dr Who, highlighting the importance of maintaining health by controlling negative emotions.
