Between 26th and 28th February 2016, the SSIO of Malaysia conducted a national teen youth teacher’s training for 51 young adults. The three-day session focused on various aspects of teacher development to help teenagers transition to young adults – such as understanding teen life, debriefing techniques, and class components. The training, delivered by the younger youth, encouraged all participants to develop experiential and reflective learning.
