Continuing a tradition of serving hot meals to the needy and the homeless, on 18th December 2016, eight Sathya Sai young adults prepared and
ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇOn 18th February 2017, ten volunteers from the Sathya Sai Centre of Edmonton served 120 meals to senior citizens residing in the inner city. The Centre has provided this
ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇOn 27th May 2017, more than 100 Canadian Young Adults (YA) from Quebec and Ontario met at the Sathya Sai School in Toronto for the Canadian Young Adult Pre-Festival. The half-day event introduced YAs to the focal themes of
ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇRecord winter snowfall in 2017 and subsequent heavy rains and flash flooding forced a state of emergency in the city of Montreal. On 8th May 2017, young adults of the
ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇThe Mayor of Toronto invited the SSIO of Canada to participate in a meeting of the Toronto Area Interfaith Council (TAIC) on 27th July 2016. The TAIC is dedicated to affirming the importance of
ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇEvery year, the City of Germantown, Tennessee, organises a holiday parade in December. This year, the Sathya Sai Centre of Memphis participated in the parade by organising a Walk for Values to raise public awareness about
ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇOn 26th November 2016, in honour of Baba’s 91st Birthday, 25 SSIO volunteers offered loving services to 35 seniors at Siembah, a retirement home in
ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇDuring October 2016, more than 100 Canadian Sathya Sai Young Adults from coast to coast took part in the “Love for Animals” campaign as part of the Serve the Planet project, by using hashtags #LoveAllAnimals and #ServeThePlanet on social media. They spread
ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇOn 10th December 2016, SSIO members organised an Annual Christmas and Hanukkah celebration at the Unity Church in Newbury Park, Southern California. The programme opened with
