On Swami’s 100th Birthday, November 23, 2025, a Thanksgiving Mass commemorating 1,000 surgeries was celebrated at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Asunción, under the auspices of Cardinal Adalberto Martínez. The ceremony was attended by about 100 people, which included medical professionals, guests, patients and their families, and members of the Sai organization. A commemorative video was shown, which captured the journey in achieving the 1,000 surgeries. Some doctors shared how they felt transformed while selflessly serving their patients. At the conclusion of the Mass, thermal jugs printed with the Sarva Dharma symbol of the SSSIO were presented to professionals, bringing the celebration to a close in a spirit of unity, love, and gratitude.
