The SSSIO in the Caribbean organized an E.A.S.E workshop at the University of West Indies, attended by 56 administrative staff members, where E.A.S.E. stands for: Exercise regularly, Attitude positively, Sleep deeply, and Eat responsibly. Although initially planned for 60 minutes, it was extended by 45 minutes due to strong interest. Of the attendees, 26 completed the pre-workshop questionnaire. The interactive session was divided into four components, each followed by a Q&A session. Participants showed particular interest in the sections on sleep and awareness. The feedback included praise for the clarity of the presentation and a strong desire for a longer meditation session. Several attendees expressed interest in future sessions and appreciated the engaging delivery.
