Towards the end of May 2021, SSSIO volunteers in Kazakhstan organized the 33rd National Volunteer Camp – Clean Planet project. Due to the pandemic restrictions, volunteers organized camps within their own cities. SSSIO members in Aktau gave food packages and household goods to needy families. They cleaned a dogs’ kennel, painted structures in a children’s playground, and distributed blankets in a nursery. They were helped by the residents of the area, and everyone was happy seeing the delighted faces of the children who received a newly transformed playground.
SSSIO volunteers in Almaty served hot food to about thirty people. In Rudny, clothes and food packages were distributed to the needy and hot food was served to about twenty people. In Shchuchinsk, hot food was given to the needy.
