On 29th June 2019, the Sathya Sai Center in Fremont, California hosted the second concert of the Spirit of Unity series at the First United Methodist Church in Fremont. Drawing on the inspiration from the Spirit of Unity concert held in Prasanthi Nilayam in 1995 in the presence of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, this concert series focused on uniting people from different cultures through music. Musicians beautifully intertwined elements of Indian classical music with contemporary jazz and pop/rock. The concert was well received by the audience and many people actively took part in an interactive question and answer session with the artists, curious to learn more about the artists themselves and Indian classical and jazz music.
