SSIO volunteers in Suriname celebrated Christmas by bringing holiday cheer to the underprivileged. On 14th and 24th December 2019, volunteers from the Sathya Sai Centre in Bhavan distributed 30 hampers containing milk, sugar, potato, garlic, oil, peanut and onions to needy families, seniors and the disabled. Volunteers from the Sathya Sai Center in Govindstraat celebrated the festive occasion with more than 20 residents from Dani Care and SOOS senior care homes. They sang Christmas carols and distributed hampers to the residents.
