In late October 2019, 25 people from eight cities in Ukraine and Russia gathered in Odessa, in southern Ukraine, to attend a seminar by the European Sathya Sai Education (ESSE) Institute. Many participants were newcomers who were not aware of the teachings of Sathya Sai Baba. Over the course of two days, 6 speakers gave 15 talks on the educational programmes of the ESSE Institute, covering the five human values, the life and teachings of Sathya Sai Baba and the SSIO and its main activities. All participants received certificates, as well as photographs of Baba and His quotations.
