The Self-Awareness Seminar (Course 1) ran for almost a year and a half at the Southern Department of the ESSE Institute in Zone 8, Russia, with classes held every one and a half to two months. Each class was held on a Saturday and Sunday, both on Zoom and in person. In total, 49 people from 13 cities participated, including coaches, candidate coaches, and instructors, alongside 37 observers. The seminar also drew students and teachers from other departments. Twelve teachers organized the sessions. The participants studied the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba in a warm and loving atmosphere and worked on their own character development. One participant reflected that the seminar was “Swami’s work,” describing it as a source of inspiration and a collaboration filled with beauty and kindness.
