The Sathya Sai Centre of South Bethesda, Maryland held a workshop on the impact of Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) on parenting on 23rd February 2019. The workshop, attended by 37 people, explored what happens in families when parents and children practice human values in their daily lives. Parents were given valuable pointers on how to listen, a skill vital to building relationships with their child, solving problems, avoiding miscommunication and increasing self-esteem in their child. In the afternoon, participants joined in fun interactive role play sessions. Participants also took away written guidelines on how they can instil universal human values in children.
