Fifty young adults from 14 countries of Europe renewed their connection with Sathya Sai by attending the 2nd European Sai Young Adults Camp at Sai Prema in Athens, Greece. The camp, held between 17th and 26th August 2018, had the theme, “Trust In Your Heart.” The camp programme included spiritual workshops and devotional singing, exercises and excursions to the seaside. The workshops were led by George Bebedelis, director of the ISSE of South Europe, and focused on the importance of spiritual practices. Workshops were also held on introspection and on our relationship with Mother Nature. Two speakers – Ms. Dana Gillespie, a renowned musician and devotee of Baba, and Mr. Deviesh Tankaria, International Young Adults Coordinator – shared their personal experiences with Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Ms. Gillespie performed a blues concert with songs from her recent album, “Trust In Your Heart,” similar to the camp theme. The programme included a trip to Athens to learn more about the ancient Greek philosophers and a trip to the temple of Poseidon at Sounion, on the coast.
