Seven Young Adult representatives from the Urals, Northwest, and Volga-Ural regions of Russia came together, along with five adults, in mid-April 2025 for a three-day conference titled Leadership by Sai. They were joined by four additional participants online. An inspirational talk by Ms. Vahinie Pillay, the International Young Adults Coordinator of the SSSIO, set the tone for the conference, where participants shared uplifting stories of their spiritual transformation and experiences from service projects in their regions.

The attendees participated in an interactive session on the ‘Vision of God’, based on the teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. This session revealed new facets of spirituality, allowing the participants to strengthen their vision of God. In a presentation on the topic of Initiative and Motivation based on the life and spiritual path of Mahatma Gandhi, they learned how to be proactive.

On the second day of the conference, the attendees organized a public meeting, where they spoke about the five human values in an accessible, engaging, and concise manner. On the final day of the conference, they explored locations celebrated in the tales of Pavel Petrovich Bazhov—a famous Russian writer and publicist—in the Talkov-Kamen quarry, and participated in a creative workshop, painting their own mugs at a porcelain factory.
