Celebrating 42 years of love in action, the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Center of Dallas hosted its inaugural Gratitude Event on December 13, 2025, honoring the pioneers, volunteers, and community partners who helped the center grow into a vibrant family of nearly 500 members. Distinguished guests included Richardson Mayor Amir Omar, city council members, and partners from the Visiting Nurse Association and Stewpot. Mayor Omar called the DSC “humanity in action.” The evening highlighted decades of selfless service through initiatives such as Meals on Wheels, medical camps, refugee tutoring, and sandwich service, while showcasing the center’s five wings and inspiring interfaith collaborations.

A “Founders Hall” featured booths for the center’s five wings, Service, Devotional, Education, Young Adults, and Environmental Care, while Educational Coordinator Ms. Keerti Kharod led a service panel rooted in dignity, joined by voices from the University of Texas Southwestern and local faith leaders. Musical performances by the center Young Adults and a shared dinner closed the memorable evening.
