In July 2025, the Southern Region of Russia held Zonal Children’s and Family Methodological Camp on the shores of the Black Sea. With the theme, ‘Treat the gifts of God with love, use them thriftily, showing humility and patience,’ and the motto ‘Look at the world with love, take care of the gifts of God!’, the camp became a sacred space for families to practice human values, reduce worldly desires and they live in unity.

Forty-six participants, including 15 children and 12 newcomers, immersed themselves in a program woven around Ceiling on Desires. Through lessons, assemblies, satsangs, bhajans, skits, creative workshops, eco-quests, and joyful Sai Olympics, children and adults alike learned the importance of conserving food, time, money, energy, and knowledge. Special days of Silence and Self-Government gave children the opportunity to lead, teach, and inspire, while adults humbly became their students. A highlight was the “Fun Fair,” where children joyfully practiced the wise use of money through sharing, earning, and spending responsibly.

Every activity, from nature walks and devotional singing to creative storytelling and shared meals, deepened the spirit of love, humility, and gratitude. The camp concluded with a heartfelt ceremony, Circle Dance, and the traditional ‘Photograph of the Heart,’ where participants reflected on treasured moments together.

This blessed gathering not only nurtured character and discipline but also filled every heart with bliss, reinforcing Swami’s eternal message, “Be happy! Be happy! Make others happy. Everyone will be happy. God will be happy!”
