The Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) and Family Picnic Day brought together 14 children and 15 adults, who enjoyed a joyful and nature-filled experience at the Australian National Botanic Gardens—home to the world’s largest collection of Australian native plants. The event focused on reconnecting with nature, fostering community bonds, and encouraging learning through outdoor play. The children took part in a nature scavenger hunt, explored a 330 m children’s nature trail with activity stations on pollination and biodiversity, and climbed the garden’s tree house. Families later relaxed together, enjoying snacks and scenic views in a peaceful picnic setting. Guided by Sathya Sai Baba’s message on nature as a teacher, the event offered a refreshing break from daily routines and created lasting memories of joy, unity, and appreciation.
