In August 2021, 11 participants from three Sri Sathya Sai Centers and Groups removed garbage from a suburban beach. After completing the clean-up, a poster in two languages (Azerbaijani and Russian) was hung on the wall to encourage the public to maintain cleanliness. The volunteers also went on a pilgrimage to the Holy Shrine, Bibi-Heybat Mosque – a mausoleum dedicated to Ukeyma Khanum (a descendant of Prophet Muhammad). The Gayatri Mantra was recited, and prayers for world peace and joy were chanted, filling everyone’s hearts with bliss! The participants expressed their gratitude to Sri Sathya Sai Baba for His Grace. A participant said, “I thank Allah that He gave me the opportunity to participate in this project. I thank all organizers and participants for these wonderful two days which filled our hearts with joy, light, and love.”
