In late December 2021, the SSSIO of the Southern Region of Russia celebrated Christmas and New Year’s Eve at an elegantly decorated house of the host. About 20 volunteers created a joyous, festive mood by engaging the gathering in entertaining and enlightening contests between two teams appropriately named “Sai” and “Ram”. Despite the competitive spirit, the games ended in celebrating friendship, and gift-giving from Santa Claus. The event also featured a Christmas concert where people recited poetry and sang Christmas songs. A performance called “The Christmas Star” featured bright costumes and songs glorifying the birth of Jesus. The happy day ended with dances welcoming the New Year with joy.
