The global pandemic h has largely spared the nation of Mauritius, yet on on September 13, 2020, nearly 3,000 people participated in a prayer session for the welfare of humanity organized by the Sri Sathya Sai Center of Roche Bois in Port Louis, Mauritius. The National Vedam Group, along with those from the Sri Sathya Sai Center, prayed and chanted Sri Rudram 11 times. All gatherings were in accordance with local public health guidelines.
