On September 20, 2020, a Culinary Festival was organized by the Regional Coordinating Committee of Pamplemousses with 250 participants. Around 50 women SSIO volunteers came together and prepared many delicacies, including vegetarian dishes, snacks, sweets and drinks. The goal of this event was to encourage vegetarianism as a healthy and spiritual way of living. All meals were prepared and presented with love, promoting vegetarianism and its health benefits. Several groups also adopted the Go-Green concept when preparing and planning for the festival.
