Every three years, Sathya Sai Centre leaders in Zone 7 convene for a joint meeting. This being a triennial year, about 130 SSIO members from 15 countries met from 3rd to 5th March 2017, at a former monastery in southern Netherlands. In addition to attending inspiring speeches and workshops, delegates collaborated in a networking fair, where each country presented its respective SSIO activities through posters, photos, books, videos, and various archival materials. Ms. Marianne Meyer, director of Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation; Ms. Petra von Kalinowski, Chair of Zone 7; and Dr. Veeru Mudigonda, National Council President of UK, gave uplifting presentations on the theme, “Love in Action.” The joy-filled event included sharing of inspiring stories about personal experiences with Sathya Sai Baba. Young Adults from the Netherlands organised a cultural programme of uplifting songs, and Mr. Shay Moran, National Council President of Ireland, presented a humorous song, “The Puttaparthi Shuffle,” which drew much laughter.
