On 21st December 2016, 40 members of the Sathya Sai Centre of St-Hubert, Quebec, joined in a Christmas service activity at a home for the elderly. Sathya Sai Education students and teachers also participated in the programme, sharing the joy of the season. The children had practised Christmas carols in French and English under the guidance of the elders, and they presented a beautiful performance. The senior residents were delighted and kept requesting more songs. Students also read the story of Christmas from the Bible and the poem, “The Night Before Christmas.” The event united everyone in a warm glow of Christmas cheer.
