On 20th December 2014, about 20 Sathya Sai youth in London helped pack and distribute 133 hampers containing scarves, gloves, hats, sleeping bags, raincoats, and socks to the homeless. In addition, 90 toys were donated to Children’s Hospital at Royal Marsden and Great Ormond Street. On 20th December, Sathya Sai youth in Leicester hosted a Christmas party for residents of the Dawn Centre, a temporary shelter for the homeless. The establishment provides advice and assistance on health, housing, life skills, and education, regardless of race, gender, age, disability, class, or religion. The shelter residents were touched by the caring and loving services rendered by Sathya Sai volunteers.
