A national medical and construction camp was organised from 2nd to 8th July 2015 at a boarding school for children in the Vinnitsa region, by 21 Sathya Sai volunteers from six Ukrainian cities. The project’s intent was to improve the living conditions of needy children.

The SSIO of Zone 8 held its Annual Zonal Sai Olympics in the Volga-Ural region of Russia in June 2015. On a bright sunny day, 46 participants from 13 Sathya Sai Centres joined in a spirit of unity and cooperation.

Eighty people attended a family camp during 20th to 26th June 2015 in Moscow, themed “Seven Colours of Joy.” The event was organised to serve children and help the participants realise that divinity is omnipresent.

During mid-June 2015, 24 Sathya Sai volunteers organised a project in the Sverdlovsk region to renovate rooms of the Museum of National Culture, located in a village school.

During June 2015, 25 SSIO members held a camp serving villagers in the Kemerovo region of Siberia. The volunteers cleaned, repaired, plastered, and painted a local stadium and club.
