Sri Sathya Sai Center of Natal, located in northeast Brazil, implemented an ecological and spiritual initiative between March and April 2025 for the SAI 100 Project. A total of 798 seedlings of fruit and shade trees native to the Atlantic Forest were donated to 15 schools and NGOs in the municipalities of Natal, Parnamirim, Taipu, and Macau, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. The initiative involved students, parents, teachers, volunteers, local farmers, and partners such as the Arboriza Project from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. Each seedling symbolized an act of love for nature and the legacy of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, fostering ecological and spiritual awareness. The project emphasized selfless service as a way of expressing values and reinforcing Swami’s teaching: ‘Plant love, harvest peace. Always serve with joy.’
