At the end of July 2025, 15 participants from four cities in the Siberian region, including three children, took part in a nature outing to celebrate Zonal Purity Day, organized by the SSSIO of Zone 8. The event focused on environmental services and fostering unity with nature.
In one city, two SSSIO members cleaned a section of roadside forest, collecting over three bags of garbage. Another group planted 80 seedlings of broad-leaved and coniferous trees in a forest area. Volunteers in a third city cleaned the river embankment, collecting six bags of garbage and receiving smiles of appreciation from passersby. In the fourth city, volunteers collected 12 large bags of garbage from the riverbank and also cleaned a two-story cottage.
Additional service activities across the region included cleaning dachas and Sai Centers, feeding the needy as well as birds, and tending to gardens. The day left everyone happy and connected with nature, as they expressed gratitude to Swami for the opportunity to serve.
