The 23rd Zonal Education Conference of the SSSIO, Zone 8, was held online in March 2025, with 248 delegates from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, and Ukraine. The conference aimed to share the experiences of Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) teachers and highlight the spiritual growth of those involved in working with children. This event was particularly meaningful as it was dedicated to celebrating the 100th birth anniversary of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The theme, ‘Sathya Sai Education is a favorable environment for cultivating noble character,’ underscored the focus on love, patience, and the development of good character in education.
During the conference, attendees shared reports on various educational initiatives, family camps, and outreach programs. They also discussed how they integrate Sai Baba’s teachings into their interactions with children, parents, and the community. A workshop on storytelling and group activities offered participants the chance to enhance their teaching methods and reinforce shared knowledge. The conference also featured videos showcasing the Education Wing’s activities, including children’s dramas and cultural performances, which added an inspiring visual component to the event.
The event closed with a universal prayer, with participants expressing their thanks to Swami for His ongoing guidance and presence. It was a celebration of love, unity, and spiritual growth, reminding everyone of the importance of living by Swami’s teachings in all aspects of life.
