In the summer of 2025, the 12th European Yoga Retreat was held at Sai Prema in Greece, welcoming 31 participants from eight different countries. Set in a peaceful, natural environment, the retreat offered a beautiful space to connect through daily spiritual practices, including sadhana, yoga, satsangs, and refreshing visits to the beach. Each day began with vibrant morning prayers—Omkar, Suprabhatam, Vedic chants, and bhajans—while the Lord’s Prayer, spoken in various languages, set a tone of unity. The evenings concluded with soulful bhajans, bringing a sense of peace and love. Yoga sessions, focused on improving floor flexibility, were held in the serene outdoor space called Hará, meaning ‘Joy’ in Greek, surrounded by the calming sounds of nature.

The retreat also featured enriching cultural experiences, including a visit to the Archaeological Museum of Athens and a heartfelt theater performance by two French participants. Special evenings were enhanced by the presence of Greek pianist Vangelis, whose music added a magical touch. Vegetarian meals were lovingly prepared and served throughout the retreat.

The gathering radiated warmth, harmony, and spiritual depth, shaped by the dedication of the organizers and the loving spirit of all who attended. Special gratitude was extended to the Greek Sai Organization and Mr. Manos Karakostas for their support and hospitality.
