On March 17, 2024, the Eastern region of Sri Lanka hosted a Regional SSE Children’s Day at the Karaithivu Shanmuga Maha Vidyalayam. Around 350 participants, including the National Education Coordinator, SSSIO members, SSE children, parents, and teachers, participated in the program which was packed with an array of activities catering to a diverse audience. The program included devotional singing, discussions on Sri Rudram, inspiring stage performances, and engaging activities that catered to different age groups, such as clay work, value-based sessions, talks, and panel discussions focused on parenting and teaching.
