In November 2024, a special event, ‘LeadHERship’, was organized to commemorate International Ladies Day. The program brought together women from various walks of life to celebrate and reflect on the role of women in leadership, especially within the framework of spiritual and value-based guidance as taught by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The event featured a series of inspiring talks and a panel discussion, where women in leadership roles within the Sai Organization shared their experiences. They spoke candidly about how they navigate conflict situations with patience, love, and wisdom, applying the principles of Sai Baba’s teachings. A thought-provoking roleplay titled ‘How Strange but True?’ was also presented, highlighting the subtle challenges and lessons encountered in daily life. The highlight of the day was a unique physical exercise called the ‘Drumming Circle’, where eight ladies synchronized their drumming to represent the harmony of thought, word, and deed. This practice is known to build self-confidence, enhance concentration, and promote inner balance. The program concluded with uplifting bhajans and a heartfelt closing prayer, leaving participants inspired and connected in a spirit of unity and service.
