The Branch of European Sai Spiritual Education Institute (branch of ESSE Institute) in Zone 8 held two virtual leadership seminars in March 2024. The first seminar, Leadership—3 (Theory), provided 36 participants from Russia and Belarus with an extensive training platform for integrating leadership principles with spiritual reflection. A practical workshop format also allowed for skills development. The second seminar, Leadership—1 (Theory), aimed at introducing spiritual principles into leadership models to 46 attendees from 11 cities. Instructors utilized engaging discussions to teach leadership traits guided by spiritual principles.
