The virtual 22nd Zone 8 Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) Conference, held in March 2024, brought together 272 educators from 7 countries to explore integrating love and peace into education. Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s teachings guided all aspects of the program. After a warm welcome, national and regional coordinators made a comprehensive presentation of their insights and the opportunities and challenges for advancing SSE.
Educators shared their experiences and expertise on diverse topics, from practical methods of integrating silent reflection in lessons to philosophical discussions on unveiling divinity in education. Videos showcasing various educational initiatives inspired the participants.
Interactive sessions such as roundtable discussions and collaborative lesson planning provided hands-on opportunities to apply SSE principles. Esteemed guest speakers praised Zone 8’s educational efforts and highlighted the importance of teamwork. The conference concluded with attendees expressing a renewed commitment to spreading Sai’s message of love and peace and promoting spiritual growth through education.
