On March 6 and 19, 2022, 17 SSSIO members from Zone 8 participated in the fourth session of the Self-Awareness Course at the Central Branch of the European Sathya Sai Education (ESSE) Institute. The topic was Manomaya Kosha and control of the mind. The trainees listened to lectures delivered by professionals and engaged in meditation, round table discussions, and the use of parables. They also presented reports on Sathya Sai Education in Human Values.
