On 1st April 2019, the SSIO in Barbados held a public meeting that was attended by about 65 people, including 15 SSIO volunteers. The Chairman of Zone 1 of the SSIO, Dr. Phil Gosselin, interacted with the audience after his engaging talk, “Achieving Peace in the World – Global impact of Sathya Sai Education in Human Values”. There was also a video presentation about the SSIO. The feedback from the public was positive.
