On 25th November 2016, Baba’s 91st Birthday celebrations took place at the Chinmaya Mission headquarters in central Trinidad. About 150 members of the SSIO of Trinidad joined about 250 others at the devotional programme, which started with prayers and bhajans. A senior officer of the SSIO presented a short address on the mission of Bhagawan Sathya Sai Baba, followed by a talk by the resident Swami of the Chinmaya Mission. At the end of the programme, a plaque depicting Swami Chinmaya’s meeting with Sathya Sai Baba in December 1965 was presented to the President of the SSIO of Trinidad.
