In honour of Sathya Sai Baba’s Birthday, for the past 12 years, senior ladies from the Sathya Sai Centre of Ann Arbor, Michigan, have knitted about a hundred woollen items each year to distribute to the homeless. They take special care in selecting the finest wool and wonderful designs for the scarves, caps, and gloves, which are lovingly made. The woollen items then are gifted to homeless people living in tents and temporary housing in Ann Arbor.
