Celebrating Bhagawan’s 89th Birthday in Japan

The Tama Sathya Sai group celebrated Bhagawan’s Birthday in Tokyo on 23 November 2014 with a four-hour devotional programme. In the afternoon, 108 names of Bhagawan were chanted, followed by a programme by the SSE children. Thereafter, the book, Sathya Sai Story, translated into Japanese for the first time, was offered at Bhagawan’s feet, and a student spoke, highlighting the Vedas as a treasure for humanity. Read More

Guru Poornima in China

In observance of Guru Poornima, Sathya Sai volunteers provided a local orphanage in Guangzhou with bananas, milk, cakes, daily necessities and wall fans for the summer season. They played and conversed lovingly with about 25 children. Around 35 Sathya Sai devotees also attended Bhajans at the Indian Community Center.
