The holy festival of Maha Shivaratri brought together members of the SSSIO from all seven regions of Russia, with over 450 participants from 43 cities, including more than 230 people who were not SSSIO members. Devotees gathered across centers, homes, rented venues, and online platforms to deepen their understanding of the festival and experience inner peace through bhajans, meditation, and spiritual reflection. Programs across regions included discourses on the significance of the festival, sharing divine experiences from past Maha Shivaratri celebrations, devotional singing, chanting, meditation, and Arati. In several centers, study circles and round table discussions were conducted, followed by the chanting of “Om Namah Shivaya” and meditation.

Many devotees also joined the international 16-hour bhajan program organized by the SSSIO and Zone 8, experiencing a profound sense of unity. The events concluded with the distribution of prasadam, vibhuti, and other blessed items, with participants returning home in a state of peace, bliss, and gratitude.
