On 3rd March 2019, the SSIO of Sri Lanka organised a regional workshop on personal and spiritual growth with a specific focus on understanding how emotions play a role. The event was held at the Sathya Sai Centre in Thamaraikerny, Batticaloa and was attended by 115 people, including 25 Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) children and 20 SSE teachers. A professional neuro-developmental paediatrician led the workshop. Participants found the workshop extremely informative.
