The Pathfinder Program, initiated by the Young Adults of the SSSIO of Sri Lanka, completed one and a half years, focusing on community upliftment through education, mentorship, and the teaching of human values in adopted villages. The initiative integrates educare and sociocare to support underprivileged children and families through academic guidance, value-based education, and sustained mentorship. 
Assessments indicate that many beneficiaries come from single-parent households dependent on daily wage income, with social challenges. Through consistent engagement, the program addresses both educational and social needs, supporting children’s development and community upliftment.
