In May 2026, 16 SSSIO members from four cities across Siberian region of Russia came together for nature trips that welcomed both Sai members and the wider community. In one city, members marked the arrival of spring with a nature gathering and five participants planted 20 pine saplings as part of the All-Russian “Garden of Memory” project, honoring soldiers who fell in the Great Patriotic War and other conflicts. In another city, a group and their relatives walked beside the swollen Yenisei River, fed ducks and pigeons at a monastery, and shared a tea party and spiritual discussion in the park. In a third city, two members and a relative fed pigeons and collected a bag of garbage in the city park, while another member spent the day preparing planting beds at a summer cottage.

In the fourth city, volunteers joined the public and planted garden beds amid blooming almond, honeysuckle, and tulip trees. Through tree planting, caring for the environment, feeding birds, cultivating gardens, and spending time in prayerful reflection amidst nature, participants experienced peace, joy, and a deep sense of unity with Mother Nature.
