From May 13–17, 2026, the historic town of Sigulda, Latvia, hosted the European Sai Young Adults Meeting (ESYAM) 2026 under the theme “The Inner Hero.” Fifteen Young Adults from Latvia, Germany, the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Trinidad & Tobago gathered for the five-day retreat, which featured three core workshops alongside daily spiritual practices and group activities.

The first workshop, Inheroation, guided participants in strengthening self-awareness, distinguishing divine intuition from ego-driven impulses, and developing tools for heart-centered decision-making through reflection and communication exercises. The second workshop, 4 Steps to Self, led by the Education Coordinator of Latvia, explored the four pillars Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba recommended to spiritual aspirants: Self-confidence, Self-satisfaction, self-sacrifice, and Self-realization. The third workshop, Inner Landscape, invited each participant to create a visual map of their inner world, translating thoughts and emotions into a tangible representation of their personal journey.

Each day began with morning prayers, devotional singing, and physical exercises, followed by “Sai Games” to foster unity. A nature walk titled “Create Inner Hero” through Sigulda’s forests was a highlight of the retreat, and evenings were spent in bhajan sessions, culminating in a bonfire on Saturday night.
