Commemorating Avatar Declaration Day, 20th October 2019, SSIO volunteers, including several YAs from the Western Cape Region, South Africa, served freshly cooked meals to more than 150 needy people. The volunteers were mindful of reducing their carbon footprint during the service by conserving water, reducing waste and using paper products. Members of the various Sai Centres, inspired by Sathya Sai Baba’s message of love and unity, worked harmoniously together to make the event a success.
