Sathya Sai organisation members in the British Columbia region embarked on an ambitious project involving various faith groups in the singing of the Lord’s glory for the 2014 Akhanda Bhajan. As a result of public outreach for the project, United Call for Global Peace and Harmony, six different faith groups came together for devotional singing during the 24-hour uninterrupted session. Each faith group took a turn leading the singing in an unforgettable display of unity of faiths, joined by about 250 people. The successful multi-faith offering will be continued in future Akhanda Bhajan events in British Columbia.
